When talk about money and happiness. Some people believe that money is the source of happiness, others even think that money can buy everything. In my opinion，money is one of the best things in the world that people could not be without money, but money is not everything.
Money is the foundation of live, without money people cannot afford basic necessities, such as accommodation, bills and food, without whose people cannot survive, and how can people be happiness at all. So people always want to get into a good college, to get a good job, in order to make a lot of money, when people can afford health care, buy nutritious foods, and live in a big house, people’s happiness will be increased.
While money can result in happiness, but money can’t buy happiness. In order to earn more money, people spend a lot of time doing work, such as project and essays in college, overtime work when they get their job. When people having a lot of money, people tend to spend more money , and have to work more to bring back the money spend. This usually result in having less time to spend with families or friends, which may result in loneliness, sub-health, making people feeling terrible and there is no happiness at all.
Ultimately, money can help people to reach a certain baseline of happiness, but don’t only focus on the financial things. Doing things like spending time with people we loved or thinking about what is important in our life, that will bring happiness too!
